F1 25 has officially taken to the track following its worldwide launch, offering players the chance to enter the virtual cockpit and experience one of the most immersive entries in the series yet.
As the game is still fresh, however, many are wondering whether a playable demo for F1 25 is available to try before they commit to purchasing it. So, to answer, is there a demo for F1 25? We've got all the details below!
Technically, yes, there is a demo for F1 25. However, this is in the form of a limited 5-hour trial through EA Play and only available to those with an active subscription.
Aside from the EA Play trial, there is no free F1 25 demo available to download across consoles at the time of writing.
This means that if you want to try out the game before purchasing it, the only way you can do so is by subscribing to EA Play if you haven't already.
Fortunately, the standard EA Play subscription plan is reasonably priced at $5.99 a month, providing unlimited access to a collection of top EA titles, trials of select new games such as F1 25, and more.
It is currently unclear whether or not a free demo for F1 25 will become available in the future, without the need for an EA Play subscription.
Generally, most, if not all, EA games remain available through limited trials via EA Play rather than a free downloadable demo, and we suspect this will also be the case for F1 25.
If you don't mind paying the $5.99 subscription fee for EA Play, then we'd definitely recommend going ahead and trialing F1 25 before you decide to buy it. You can always cancel your subscription afterwards, so there doesn't have to be any long-term commitment involved.
